Helmet Cases

CP Cases provides a diverse range of helmet cases and these lightweight helmet cases are designed with helicopter pilots in mind as they require a lightweight yet secure case for their helmets when not in use. Our military standard helmet cases are cushioned in ‘closed cell’ polyethylene foam and built from incredibly tough welded aluminum, such cases allow helmets to be stored in great numbers whilst taking up as little space as possible. Helmet cases for defence are enclosed in such a way that no one notices action at that moment.

Designed for helicopter pilot helmets this was a specific requirement for a large quantity of protective cases. AluWeld was the preferred choice due to its strength and weight ratio – these helmets cost a vast amount of money and are properly protected using engineered foam. The case has been swaged which means its stiffness is increased by approximately 25%.
